Well I can honestly say that 6 weeks of my life have never gone as fast as these have. I'm just so glad I wrote in my journal every night so that I can remember what happened here. I remember when we arrived our first night and we were just wee little babies and all the old districts came and showed us the ropes and now I realize that we are the oldest district in the zone who have to train the little babies before we leave. I will be on a plane to Mexico City in less than 48 hours and I think it may be too long. I'm so grateful to be able to move on and actually go into the field. The MTC is one of the best places. I hear so many bad things about it, but it was such a wonderful experience. Definitely something I am very grateful for! I had the coolest district- and we all got along very well, which, apparently is rare. I'm so grateful for the learning experiences I've had here and the opportunities that I've had to grow. I wish that everyone could come here just for six weeks and do this so that they can learn as much as I did. I can't tell you all how excited I am to be able to share what I hold so dear. I should probably be more scared than I am, but maybe my excitement is just covering it up. I'll be scared when I land and have no idea what's going on. Apparently people in Mexico City speak really fast.. I guess I'll just learn it faster then. So its better for me! Anyways, I have so much to do before monday so I have to end it here. I just want to share with you all that I know that this is what Christ wants for all of us. He loves and knows each of us individually and he is waiting to help us. We just need to ask. I challenge all of you to strengthen your relationship with the Savior this week, however that may be. I have a testimony of Jesus Christ. I can't give it to you, but I can share it. I hope you can feel the same things that I feel as I write this. Jesus Christ loves you more than you know, so don't ever forget it! I love you all as well Thank you for your love and support.
Nos vemos!
Elder Jake
